摘要
形意拳,我国传统武术项目之一,具有几百年的历史,它所蕴含的中华文化底蕴,将人与自然的独到关系阐述得非常清晰。形意拳作为中华武术的一个分支,更应该将它完整地传承和发展下去,让更多的人参与到练习形意拳的活动中,从而让形意拳得到更好的发展。该文系统地研究了形意拳的历史、特点、传承、发展和各地形意拳的发展情况,以期形意拳得到更为广阔的发展空间。
Xing Yi Quan,one of China's traditional Wushu,has hundreds of years of historical inheritance.Its Chinese cultural heritage clearly expounds the unique relationship between man and nature.As a branch of Chinese Wushu,Xing Yi Quan should be fully inherited and developed,so that more people can participate in the activities of practicing Xing Yi Quan,so as to make Xing Yi Quan develop better.This paper systematically studies the history,characteristics,inheritance and development of Xing Yi Quan and the development of Xing Yi Quan in various terrain,hoping to make Xing Yi Quan have a broader development space through the article.
