摘要
目的观察对H型原发性高血压患者应用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗对病情的控制以及安全性影响。方法分析对象来源为2016~2019年在本院接受诊疗的H型原发性高血压患者群体,在其中随机抽取200例,根据对患者病情具体治疗方案为准进行分组,各组有100例,为对照组与联合组,对照组患者接受常规H型原发性高血压药物控制,联合组患者在常规药物基础上给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片。对两组患者相关临床数据进行统计学处理以分析联合治疗方案的病情改善效果以及安全性。结果治疗后检测两组患者血压指标并作为疗效判断依据,联合组患者病情改善有效率显著高于对照组且存在统计学意义(P<0.05);记录患者治疗后血压指标、心率及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)指标,提示联合组患者数据调整情况更具优越性,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间以及随访期间,两组患者均未发生相关严重药物不良反应,顺利完成治疗。结论对H型原发性高血压患者在制定治疗方案时可在常规药物控制干预基础上给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片,进一步提高对患者的病情治疗效果,安全性高,值得重视并于此类患者群体中推广。
Objective To observe the effect of enalapril folic acid maleate tablets on the control and safety of patients with H-type essential hypertension.Methods Two hundred patients with H-type essential hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were randomly selected.According to the specific treatment plan,100 patients in each group were divided into control group and combination group.Patients in control group were controlled by routine H-type essential hypertension drugs.Patients in combination group were treated with routine drugs on the basis of routine drugs.Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets were given.Relevant clinical data of two groups of patients were statistically processed to analyze the improvement effect and safety of combined treatment.Results After treatment,the blood pressure indexes of the two groups were measured and used as the basis for judging the curative effect.The effective rate of improving the condition of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure indexes,heart rate and homocysteine(HCY)indexes of the patients after treatment were recorded,suggesting that the data adjustment of the combined group was more superior and had statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment and follow-up period,no serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups,and the treatment was successfully completed.Conclusion Enalapril folic acid maleate tablets can be given to patients with H-type essential hypertension on the basis of routine drug control intervention,which can further improve the therapeutic effect of patients with H-type essential hypertension.It is safe and worthy of attention and promotion in this group of patients.
