摘要
目的:观察中药双降汤配合西药治疗对糖尿病合并高血压患者中医临床症候积分、血糖代谢、血压控制及不良反应的影响。方法:按照随机数表法将符合研究条件的86例糖尿病合并高血压患者分为研究组(中药双降汤+西药常规治疗,n=43)与对照组(西药常规治疗,n=43)。检测两组患者治疗前、治疗8周时的血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰高血糖素(PGG)]、血压指标[24h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24h平均舒张压(24hDBP)]表达情况,评估中医症状积分,比较不良反应发生率差异。结果:治疗8周时,血糖指标(FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、PGG)、血压指标(24hSBP、24hDBP)水平及中医症状积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为9.30%(4/43),对照组患者不良反应发生率为20.93%(9/43),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.541,P=0.019)。结论:中药双降汤配合西药治疗能够显著改善糖尿病合并高血压患者中医症状积分及血糖代谢情况,对于血压控制效果更好,并在一定程度上降低患者不良反应事件的发生。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shuangjiang Decoction combined with western medicine on TCM symptom score,blood glucose metabolism,blood pressure control and adverse reactions for diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods:Eighty-six patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided into the study group(Shuangjiang Decoction)and controlled group according to random list method.Blood glucose index(FBGG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPGN),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 cN)and fasting glucagon(PGG)were measured before and after 8 weeks of treatment in both groups.The expression of blood pressure index[24 h mean systolic blood pressure 24 h SBP+24 h DBP]was evaluated to evaluate the score of TCM symptoms and to compare the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:At 8 weeks after treatment,the blood glucose index(FBG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,PGG),blood pressure index(24 hSBP,24 hDBP)and TCM symptom score decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the controlled group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.30%(4/43),and the adverse reaction in the controlled group was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions occurred in the controlled group(P<0.05).The rate of birth was 20.93%(9/43),and the difference was statistically significant(X^2=5.541,P=0.019).Conclusion:Shuangjiang Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the TCM symptom score and blood glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.It is more effective for blood pressure control and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events to a certain extent.
