摘要
目的观察夏枯草汤联合卡托普利和二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2015年12月诊治的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予卡托普利、二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用夏枯草汤治疗,疗程3个月。比较2组降压效果、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血压晨峰控制效果、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、不良反应及血管并发症发生情况、SF-36心理、生理状态评分。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为74.00%和94.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组SBP、DBP、血压晨峰控制有效率、FBG、2 h PBG、Scr、BUN、UAER、不良反应及血管并发症发生率显著降低,SF-36心理、生理状态显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草汤联合卡托普利、二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效良好,能够明显降低患者血压、血糖及血管并发症发生率,并有效改善患者肾功能,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of compound recipe common selfheal spike combined with captopril and metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension. Methods One hundred patients with type 2diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from Junuary 2014 to December2015 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50）. The patients in control group were treated by captopril and metformin,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by compound recipe common selfheal spike,with a treatment course of 3 months for both groups. After treatment,the therapeutic effects,systolic blood pressure（ SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（ DBP）,control effects on morning peak of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（ 2 h PBG）,serum creatinine（ Scr）,urea nitrogen（ BUN）,urine trace protein excretion rate（ UAER）,incidence rates of adverse reactions and vascular complications,SF-36 psychological and physiological state scores were detected and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in control group and observation group was 74. 00%,94. 00%,respectively,there was a significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. As compared with those in control group,the SBP,DBP,control effects on morning peak of blood pressure,FBG,2h PBG,Scr,BUN,UAER,incidence eates of adverse reactions and vascular complications were significantly decreased in observation group,however,SF-36 psychological and physiological state scores were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The compound recipe common selfheal spike combined with captopril and metformin have obvious therapeutic effects on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension,which can obviously decrease patient ＇s blood pressure,blood glucose and incidence rates of complications,moreover,which can significantly improve renal function
