摘要
目的研究并观察风险管理对消化内科护理满意度及护理安全的影响。方法将171例消化内科患者随机分为甲组(86例)和乙组(85例),甲组患者予以常规护理措施,乙组患者予以风险管理,对两组患者满意度及护理质量评分进行观察和对比。结果乙组患者的满意度显著比甲组高;乙组患者在沟通能力、护理书写规范、操作技巧熟练程度、护理责任心、主动服务以及应急能力等方面的护理质量评分均显著比甲组高。结论将风险管理应用在消化内科护理工作中,一方面能够有效降低护理不安全事件的发生率,另一方面也能明显提高患者满意度和护理质量,具有较高临床价值,值得应用。
Objective To study and observe effect of risk management on nursing satisfaction and safety in digestive medicine department.Methods Divide 171 cases digestive medicine department patients randomly into group A(86 cases)and group B(85 cases).Patients in group A were treated with routine nursing measures,and patients in group B with risk management.Observe and compare satisfaction and nursing quality scores of two groups.Results Satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than group A.Nursing quality scores of group B were significantly higher than group A including communication ability,nursing writing standard,proficiency of operation skills,nursing responsibility,active service and emergency response ability.Conclusion Application of risk management in digestive medicine nursing can not only reduce unsafe nursing incidents effectively,but improve satisfaction degree and nursing quality significantly,which is of high clinical value and worthy of application.
