摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理在腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤中的运用效果。方法选取本院2017 年5 月—2018 年6 月接受腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的患者100 例,并将其随机分为两组,其中,对照组50 例,给予围术期基础护理,观察组50 例,在对照组护理的基础上给予手术室细节护理,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度为94%,对照组的护理满意度为76%,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,护理质量评分及手术时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论手术室细节护理在腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤临床中具有良好效果,能够提高患者的护理满意度,促进手术顺利进行。
Objective To investigate the effect of operating room detail nursing on laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic surgery from May 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 50 patients in the control group were given perioperative basic nursing. Observation group In 50 cases, the operating room details were given on the basis of the nursing care of the control group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94%, and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 76%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing quality score and operation time were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The operation room detail nursing has a good effect in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids by laparoscopic surgery, which can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and promote the smooth operation.
