摘要
目的探讨手术室细节化优质护理对手术室护理安全管理及护理质量的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2018年2月于本院就诊并接受手术治疗的患者82例,采用随机数字表法等分为A组(n=41)与B组(n=41),B组予以常规手术室护理干预,A组予以细节化优质手术室护理干预,对比两组干预效果。结果 A组护理质量明显优于B组(P <0.05)。A组手术室安全指标显著优于B组(P <0.05)。A组手术室腔镜器械准备差错率、零部件遗失率显著低于B组,护理满意度明显高于B组(P <0.05)。结论细节化优质护理能够保障手术室安全,提高手术室护理质量,减少手术室腔镜器械准备差错率、零部件遗失率,患者护理满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of detailed and high quality nursing on the safety management and quality of nursing in operating room.Methods 82 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=41)and group B(n=41).Group B received routine operating room nursing intervention,group a received detailed highquality operating room nursing intervention,and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality of group A was significantly better than that of group B(P<0.05).The safety index of operating room in group A was significantly better than that in group B(P<0.05).In group A,the preparation error rate and parts loss rate of endoscopic instruments were significantly lower than those in group B,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than thatin group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion Detailed and high-qualitynursing can ensure the safety of operating room, improve thequality of nursing in operating room, reduce the error rate ofpreparation of operating room endoscopy equipment and theloss rate of spare parts, and the patients' nursing satisfactionis high.
