摘要
目的:分析细节护理干预对手术室护理工作质量及患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月接受手术治疗的患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规手术护理;观察组给予围术期细节护理干预。比较两组护理质量及生活质量评分。结果:观察组各阶段护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,观察组干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理过程中融合细节护理,有助于提高手术室护理工作质量,并提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the influence of detail nursing intervention on the quality of nursing work in the operating room and the quality of life of the patients after operation.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,100 patients who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical nursing.The observation group was given perioperative detailed nursing intervention.Quality of nursing and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the life quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is helpful to improve the quality of operating room nursing and improve the quality of life of the patients to integrate the detail nursing.
