摘要
目的探析消化内科病区管理中层级护理模式应用效果。方法该次20名研究对象均为本院消化内科病区护理人员,所有护理人员于该阶段开展层次护理模式,比较护理前后护理差错发生率、护理质量、护理满意度。结果护理后差错发生率为0.00%,与护理前的20.00%相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理文件评分、病区管理评分、整理护理评分及基础护理评分方面,护理后均较护理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科病区管理过程中,通过实施层级护理模式,不仅可以降低护理差错发生率,同时有助于护理质量以及护理满意度提高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the middle-level nursing model in the management of digestive medical wards.Methods 20 subjects were all nursing staff in the Department of Gastroenterology in this hospital.All nursing staff carried out a level of care mode at this stage,comparing the incidence of nursing errors,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing.Results The incidence of error after care was 0.00%,which was lower than that before treatment(20.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In nursing document score,ward management score,finishing nursing score and basic nursing score.After nursing,it was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of digestive wards,the implementation of tiered care mode can not only reduce the incidence of nursing errors,but also contribute to the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing,which is worth promoting.
