急性重度一氧化碳中毒合并心肌损伤应用还原型谷胱甘肽的救治疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析急性重度一氧化碳中毒合并心肌损伤应用还原型谷胱甘肽的救治疗效。方法对照组采用常规治疗,并给予胞磷胆碱及脑苷肌肽静脉滴注治疗。研究组在对照组全部方案基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽进行治疗。对比两组救治成功率,对比两组治疗前后的血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平,以及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)比值。结果两组患者均救治成功。两组治疗前肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶及NLR比值无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均比治疗前显著好转(P<0.05),研究组治疗后肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶及NLR比值显著好于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性重度一氧化碳中毒合并心肌损伤应用还原型谷胱甘肽可显著改善心肌损伤。 Objective To analyze rescue curative effect of reduced glutathione in treatment of acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning with myocardial injury.Methods Control group was treated with routine therapy and intravenous infusion of citicoline and encephaloside-carnosine.Research group was treated with reduced glutathione on the basis of all schemes of control group.Compare treatment success rate,serum troponin(cTnI),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)levels and neutrophil/lymphocyte(NLR)ratio between two groups before and after treatment.Results Both groups were successfully treated.Difference showed no significance in troponin,creatine kinase isozyme and NLR ratio between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,above indexes in both groups were improved significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,troponin,creatine kinase isozyme and NLR ratio in research group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione can improve myocardial injury of in acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning with myocardial injury significantly.
