磷酸肌酸钠联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗儿童肝损害的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗儿童肝损害的疗效.方法 选取2015年3月至2018年3月钦州市妇幼保健院收治的200例肝损害儿童,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例.对照组使用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组采用磷酸肌酸钠联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗.观察比较2组肝功能指标、疗效及住院天数.结果 治疗后观察组丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 磷酸肌酸钠联合原型谷胱甘肽可有效改善肝损害患儿临床症状,降低机体转氨酶水平,缩短住院天数,提高疗效,对病情恢复具有促进作用,值得推荐. Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium phosphocreatine combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of liver damage in children.Methods A total of 200 children with liver damage admitted to Qinzhou Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital between March 2015 and March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,respectively(n=100 each).The control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the study group was treated with sodium phosphocreatine combined with reduced glutathione.The liver function indexes,efficacy and length of hospital stay in the two groups were determined and compared.Results After the treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the study group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium phosphocreatine combined with reduced glutathione may effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of body transaminase,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the efficacy,and promote the disease recovery in children with liver damage,and therefore is worthwhile of widespread use.
