健康教育对超重儿家长认知改变的影响

摘要 目的分析健康教育对超重儿家长认知的影响。方法选取2015-2016年我园年度两次体检中检出的的30名超重儿家长发放调查问卷,进行健康教育干预,并在干预前及干预后对家长的认知情况进行评估。结果经健康教育后,家长认知水平均明显提升,(33.3%VS 100%,46%VS 96.2%,70%VS 90.7%,76%VS88.2%,70%VS 91.6%,96.7%VS 99.8%,72.8%VS 89.8%,79.6%VS 100%),干预后各项指标比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论家长的健康教育干预对超重儿体重管理有积极的影响,有助于控制超重儿的发展。 Objective To analyze the influence of health education on parents’cognition of overweight children.Methods A total of 30 overweight parents who were examined in the two physical examinations of our school from 2015 to 2016 were selected to conduct questionnaires for health education,and the parents’cognition was evaluated before and after the intervention.Results After health education,parents’awareness level increased significantly(33.3%vs 100%,46%vs 96.2%,70%vs 90.7%,76%vs 88.2%,70%vs 91.6%,96.7%vs 99.8%,72.8%vs 89.8%,79.6%vs 100%),the indicators were significantly different after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents’health education interventions have a positive impact on overweight children’s weight management and help control the development of overweight children.
