微信平台辅助问题导向式教学法在医学检验临床实习教学的效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨在医学检验临床实习教学中实施微信平台辅助问题导向式(PBL)教学法的效果。方法对检验科60例实习生实施研究观察,采取随机数表法分为传统组(n=30)和干预组(n=30),对传统组实习生进行传统医学检验临床实习教学,对干预组运用微信平台辅助PBL教学法,分析两种教学模式的运用效果。结果干预组实习后理论考试成绩均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组实习后实践操作考试成绩均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组实习生对教学内容、师生沟通、教学质量、教学氛围满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在医学检验临床实习教学中实施微信平台辅助问题导向式教学法可提升教学效果,提升实习生教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented teaching method(PBL) assisted by Wechat platform in clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory. Methods 60 interns in the laboratory department were observed and divided into traditional group(n=30) and intervention group(n=30) by random number table method. The traditional group interns were taught clinical practice of medical laboratory. The intervention group was taught PBL teaching method assisted by Wechat platform, and the application effect of the two teaching modes was analyzed. Results The theoretical test scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). The scores of practical operation examination in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Internship group interns’ satisfaction with teaching content, communication between teachers and students, teaching quality and teaching atmosphere was significantly higher than that of routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Wechat platform-assisted problem-oriented teaching method in clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory can improve the teaching effect and the teaching satisfaction of interns.
