基于微信公众平台的PBL教学在留学生血液疾病教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察基于微信公众平台的以问题为导向(PBL)教学模式在留学生血液系统疾病中的教学效果。方法以临床医学专业的24名留学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别接受传统方式教学和微信平台下的PBL教学方式。微信平台下进行理论考试及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果两组教学方式下的理论考试成绩分别为:传统教学组(6.30±1.02)分,PBL组(8.90±0.95)分。教学满意度调查结果为:传统教学组(5.60±0.68)分,PBL组(9.10±0.95)分。教学兴趣度调查结果为:传统教学组(5.00±1.12)分,PBL组(7.90±1.31)分。组间对比,P<0.05,两组教学方式的教学效果差异有统计学意义。结论基于微信平台的PBL教学效果优于传统授课方式。 Objective To explore the teaching effect using problem-based learning(PBL) based on We Chat interactive platform in international students teaching of hematology. Methods 24 international students were randomly assigned to two groups, traditional teaching group and and PBL based on We Chat interactive platform group. Compare two groups using theory test and questions survey. Results Theory scores of PBL based on We Chat interactive platformgroup and traditional teaching group were(6.30±1.02) and(8.90±0.95), satisfaction scores were(5.60±0.68) and(9.10±0.95), interesting scores were(5.00±1.12) and(7.90±1.31). P 〈0.05, there was significant difference between the two groups in teaching effect. Conclusion PBL based on We Chat interactive platform is a suitable teaching model for international students in hematologic teaching.
