摘要
目的探讨综合护理措施对神经外科开颅术后肺部感染的影响效果。方法选取70例行神经外科开颅手术的患者,收治时间为2015年3月至2016年10月,按照随机分组的原则将其分成每组各有35例患者的观察组和对照组。其中,对对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受综合护理,对两组的肺部感染发生情况、平均住院时间以及对护理工作的满意度进行对比观察。结果观察组患者的肺部感染发生率为2.86%(1/35),平均住院时间为(17.1±2.9)d,护理满意度为94.29%;对照组患者的肺部感染发生率为20.00%(7/35),平均住院时间为(25.3±3.2)d,护理满意度为77.14%,两组间各项指标进行比较,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科开颅手术患者进行综合护理可以使患者的肺部感染发生率得到明显降低,使患者的住院时间得到缩短,使患者的护理满意度得到提升,进而能促进患者生活质量的提高,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on pulmonary infection after craniotomy in department of neurosurgery. Methods 70 patients undergoing craniotomy in department of neurosurgery were selected, the treatment time was from March 2015 to October 2016, according to the principle of randomization, they were divided into observation group and control group,there were 35 patients in each group. Among them, the patients in the control group were given routine care, the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group, the incidence of lung infection, the average length of hospital stay and the satisfaction of care were compared and observed in both groups. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 2.86%(1/35), the average length of hospital stay was(17.1±2.9) days, the nursing satisfaction was 94.29%. The incidence of pulmonary infection in the control group was 20.00%(7/35), the average length of hospital stay was(25.3 ± 3.2) days, the nursing satisfaction was 77.14%,the indexes between the two groups were compared,there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care of patients undergoing craniotomy in department of neurosurgery can reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection, shorten the patient's length of hospital stay, improve the patient's care satisfaction, furthermore,it can promote the quality of life of patients and is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
