RP-HPLC法测定葛粉中大豆苷元的含量 被引量:1

摘要 为了建立葛粉中测量大豆苷元成分的方法。我们将色谱柱设定为AgilentzorbaxSB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相通过乙腈-0.1%甲酸对其梯度洗脱,并将检测波长设定成258nm,流速为1mL·min-1。通过实验我们测出大豆苷元的线性范围以及加样回收率,并且使用此方法进行实检测操作起来较为简单,测定结果也较为精确,可将此方法在葛粉类食品中大豆苷元的含量测定以及产品质量控制中多加应用。 In order to establish the method of the arrowroot measuring daidzein ingredients.The column isset to Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) ,acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid mobile phase through its gradient elution and detection wavelength was set to 258nm,the flow rate was 1mL·min-1. Through the experiment,we measured the linear range,and recovery of daidzein and real detection using this method is relatively simple to operate,the result is more accurate,this method can be in Gefen class food daidzein Determination of content as well as product quality control in more applications
