摘要
目的:建立复方拳参片中橙皮苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:C18色谱柱Phenomenex Luna(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长283 nm。结果:橙皮苷的线性范围为104～1 040 ng,平均加样回收率为97.1%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确,可用于复方拳参片中橙皮苷的含量测定和产品质量控制。
Objective：To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet.Method： A Phenomenex Luna C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was applied;a mobile phase composing of methanol-acetic acid-water（35∶4∶61） was used,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the UV detector was set at 283 nm.Result：The linear range of hesperidin was 104-1 040 ng,and the average recovery was 97.1%（n=6）.Conclusion：A sensitive,simple RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet.
