摘要
目的建立测定羚贝止咳糖浆中橙皮苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61),检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果橙皮苷质量浓度的线性范围为84.0～840.0μg/mL,平均回收率为101.75%,RSD为0.32%(n=6)。结论反相高效液相色谱法简便、准确,能有效控制定羚贝止咳糖浆的质量。
Objective To determine the content of hesperidin in Lingbei Cough Syrup by RP-HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out on the Symmetry C18 column.The mobile phase was consisted of CH3OH-CH3COOH-H2O（35 ∶4 ∶61）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 283 nm.Results The content of hesperidin could be determined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration range of hesperidin was 84.0-840.0 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 101.75%,RSD was 0.32%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Lingbei Cough Syrup.
