摘要
目的:探讨社区护理管理模式的实施与构想。方法:对如何做好社区卫生服务及现存护理管理模式的问题进行分析。结果:不仅提出了大病入院,小病入社的服务理念,同时也降低了患者看病难、贵等问题的发生。这样可使群众对服务理念、态度有所了解,并对下一步更好做好社区护理管理提出笔者的构想。结论:对这些问题的分析及研究,不仅可以促进护理行业的快速发展,而且在社区服务方面也有着重大影响。
Objective:To investigate community care management model implementation and vision.Method:How to community health services and existing care management model for analysis.Result:Not only seriously ill hospitalized join a company of the minor ailments service concept,but also reduces the patients medical treatment is difficult and expensive problem.This will enable the masses of the service concept,attitudes,understand,and better equipped next the author’s vision of community care management.Conclusion:The analysis of these issues and research,not only can promote the rapid development of the nursing profession,but also has a major impact in community service.
