摘要
目的:根据社区护理经验,探讨护理管理模式,提高社区护理质量。方法:总结过去社区护理管理的经验,通过问卷调查社区护理质量以及护理管理中存在的问题。结果:病人满意度评分在2.68~2.92之间(满分为5分);满意度调查600人非常满意167人(28%),基本满意344人(57%),不满意89人(15%),不满意的主要因素是沟通不够;就诊人数由2006年的5212人次/年增加到2010年35147人次/年。结论:社区护理质量是保证社区护理事业发展的重要因素,加强质量管理、加强与患者的沟通,提高患者对社区护理服务的满意度才能做好人民满意的社区护理工作。
Objective: Discusses the nursing management mode through the community nursing experience,so that enhancing the quality of community care.Methods: To summarize the nursing management experience of the community,investigate the community nursing quality and the existing problems in the management of nursing through the questionnaire survey.Results: the patient satisfaction score in 2.68 to 2.92(full marks for five points);Satisfaction survey 600 people very satisfied with 167(28%),basic satisfied with 344(57%),unsatisfied with 89(15%),the main factor of unsatisfied is not enough in communication with the patient;The number of hospital from 5212 passengers per year in2006 increase to 35147 to people per year in2010.Conclusion: Community nursing quality is important factors of community nursing career development,enhance nursxing quality management and strengthen the communication with the patient,improve patients for community nursing service satisfaction is the only one way to make a good people's satisfaction of the community nursing work.
