摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶-喷雾热解法,通过控制溶胶浓度和喷雾温度,制备了亚微米级球形中空氧化锆粉体。结果表明:TEM照片显示所制备的球形中空ZrO2粉体形貌规则,粒径在0.1~1μm之间。粉体的形貌取决于雾滴中溶剂的蒸发速率所引起的溶胶-凝胶转变过程(蒸发速率取决于溶胶的浓度和热处理温度)。快速的溶胶-凝胶转变过程有助于提高球形的完整性。对1 mol/L溶胶,从500℃时的不规则球型,600℃时过渡到为外部为规则球形,内部为三维立体网状结构,在700℃则得到完美空心球。球形粉体的粒径取决于喷雾雾滴的粒径,与溶胶的浓度与喷雾温度无关。
The sub-micron spherical hollow zirconia powder was prepared by a sol-gel, spray pyralysis method through controlling the sol concentration and the spray temperature. The results of TEM images show that the obtained spherical hollow ZrO2 grain has the regular morphology, whose particle size is in the range of 0.1~1 microns. The morphology of the powder depends on the sol-gel transformation process, which is effect by the evaporation rate of solvent in droplets(The evaporation rate depends on the sol concentration and the heat treatment temperature). The fast sol-gel transformation process contributes to the spherical integrity. To 1 mol/L sol, the morphology of the powder changes from irregular spherical at 500 ℃, and transfers into an external spherical for rules, internal is a three-dimensional reticular structure at 600 ℃. The grain is a perfect hollow ball at 700 ℃. The sol concentration and the spray temperature have nothing to do with the particle size of the spherical powder, which depends on the spray droplets size.
