摘要
为比较大苞鞘石斛与铁皮石斛多糖对机体免疫调节作用的差异,经提取纯化,分别得到2种石斛不同纯度的粗多糖、精多糖和多糖水洗组分。对昆明小鼠灌胃上述6种纯度的多糖,观察其对小鼠免疫器官指数、迟发性变态反应、抗体积数和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力等免疫学指标的影响。结果表明,纯度最高的大苞鞘石斛多糖水洗组分与铁皮石斛多糖水洗组分含有7种单糖,其中甘露糖和葡萄糖的含量均最高。两种石斛同等纯度多糖的各指标值相近,且随多糖纯度的提高,各指标值逐渐增大,免疫活性逐渐增强。经两种石斛的多糖水洗组分灌胃后,两组小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数相近,耳肿胀率、抗体积数和腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞吞噬指数差异虽不显著,但均显著高于对照。上述结果表明,与铁皮石斛多糖相比,大苞鞘石斛多糖具有与其相近的免疫调节作用,因而具有良好的药用开发价值。
The effect of polysaccharides from Dendrobium wardianum and Dendrobium officinale on immune activity of Kunming mice has been studied. Crude polysaccharides, purified polysaccharides and polysaccharide washed fractions were extracted from stems of the two Dendrobium species, and relative weights of spleen and thymus, delayed type hypersensitivity, antibody titre and macrophage function were investigated. The results showed that two polysaccharide washed fractions contained 7 monosaccharides,with high content of mannose and glucose. The same purity of polysaccharides from two Dendrobium species had the similar immune activity, and the immune activity increased with the increase of purity. For the high purity polysaccharide of washed fractions, the differences between D. wardianum and D. officinale were insignificant among the immunological indexes of mice thymus and spleen index, ear swelling rate, antibody titre and phagocytic index, but they were all significantly higher than the control. These results indicated that polysaccharides from D. wardianum and D. officinale had similar immune activity, and D. wardianum had good medicinal development values.
