腐殖酸肥对烟叶相关油分品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 基于腐殖酸肥对植物生长的优良效果,研究腐殖酸肥对烟叶相关油分品质的影响。以‘云烟 87’为试验材料进行盆栽试验,研究腐殖酸不同用量对不同生育时期烟叶腺毛密度、石油醚提取物含量及成熟期 IPP 质体途径关键中间产物的影响。结果表明:腐殖酸肥可促进各生育期腺毛密度和石油醚提取物含量的产生,较高水平的腐殖酸效果较佳;腐殖酸肥有利于成熟期烟叶丙酮酸、1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸、异戊烯焦磷酸含量的合成,但高水平腐殖酸对其中间产物存在一定的抑制作用。总体而言,以 T3 处理效果较好,可促进烤烟油分及香气物质的生成,进一步提升烟叶品质。 Based on the excellent effect of humic acid fertilizer on plant growth,the experiment was conducted to study the effect of humic acid fertilizer on the quality of tobacco leaves.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of humic acid on the glandular hair density,the petroleum ether in different growth stages,and effects of extracts and key intermediates of the IPP plastid pathway during maturity with‘Yunyan87’.The results showed that humic acid fertilizer could promote the production of glandular hair density and petroleum ether extract in different growth stages,Furthermore,the higher level of humic acid was better.In addition,humic acid fertilizer was beneficial to pyruvate and 1-deoxy-D-xylulose-5-phosphate,isopentenyl pyrophosphate secretion in mature leaves,but the high level of humic acid has a certain inhibitory effect.In general,T3 is best treatment,which can promote the formation of flue-cured oil and aroma substances,and further improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
