亚麻种质资源木酚素含量及农艺性状分析与评价 被引量:2

摘要 对来自于国内外的221份亚麻种质资源的6个主要性状进行了主成分和系统聚类分析与评价,结果表明:1)木酚素含量及主要农艺性状的变异系数为15.32%~54.31%,表明各材料间性状遗传变异丰富,类型广泛;2)主成分分析将主要农艺性状聚为4个主成分,分别为'工艺长因子'、'分枝数因子'、'千粒重因子'和'木酚素含量因子',这4个主成分对总变异的贡献率分别为44.17%、22.69%、12.94%和15.59%,累计贡献率为95.39%;3)系统聚类分析将221份种质资源聚为6大类群,其中木酚素含量较高的材料主要集中在第I类中,包括47份材料,而综合农艺性状较好的材料主要集中在第IV和第VI类群,包括76份材料,这些材料木酚素含量高,分枝能力强,单株果数多,单株生产力高,综合农艺性状优良,作为优异基因资源可以进一步开发利用。 Principal components analysis and cluster analysis of 221 flax germplasm were carried out based on lignan content and 6 main agronomic traits. The results showed as follows: 1) The variations of6 main traits ranged from 15. 32% to 54. 31%,which indicated that the diversity of materials was significant. 2) The principal components analysis showed that the first four PCs,which might be regarded as technical length factor( 44. 17%),stems per plant factor( 22. 69%),lignan content factor( 12. 94%)and 1000-seeds weight factor( 15. 59%),and accounted for 95. 39% of variation among the cultivars.3) Through cluster analysis,cultivars were classified into 6 groups. The 47 cultivars with lignan content were higher in the group I,and the 76 cultivars with excellent agronomic traits were mostly in group IV and group VI. These materials can be further developed and utilized as the excellent genetic resources with some fine properties such as lignan content high,branched,fruit number per,single productivity high and excellent agronomic characters.
