滇产牡丹芍药果荚抽提物的GC/MS对比研究

摘要 【目的】为探索牡丹和芍药废弃果荚的高附加值利用,提升牡丹、芍药全产业链价值。【方法】以滇牡丹、凤丹和芍药三种废弃果荚为研究对象,采用苯醇溶剂索氏抽提和GC/MS检测分析对比研究其抽提物成分与含量差异。【结果】滇牡丹废弃果荚的有机溶剂抽提物含量(9.64%)高于芍药(7.13%)和凤丹(2.64%)。凤丹废弃果荚抽提物的主要组分共18种,其中相对含量较高的为:(Z)-9-十八碳酰胺(21.01%)、β-谷甾醇(19.04%)、邻苯三酚(6.69%)、6-十八碳烯酸(4.56%)、正十六烷酸(2.82%)、十六酰胺(2.16%)、1,3-苯二胺(2.08%)和十八烷酸(2.05%)。滇牡丹废弃果荚抽提物主要组分共24种,其中相对含量较高的为:邻苯三酚(53.44%)、苯甲酸(5.39%)、4,7-二氨基苯并呋喃(3.59%)、(Z)-9-十八碳酰胺(2.77%)、β-谷甾醇(2.63%)、(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸(1.82%)、4-乙酰基苯甲酸(1.73%)、十六酸乙酯(1.13%)、正十六烷酸(1.04%)和亚油酸乙酯(1.04%)。芍药果荚的苯醇抽提物的主要组分共有12种,其中含量相对较高的有:没食子酸异丁酯(65.60%)、D-阿洛糖(6.08%)、邻苯三酚(5.08%)和甲基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2.32%)。【结论】滇牡丹和芍药果荚废弃物在生物基材料、生物医药、化工和食品等领域的高品位资源化综合利用具有良好的开发和应用前景。 【Objective】To explore the high value-added utilization of peony fruit pod waste and promote the value of the whole industry of peony.【Method】the chemical components and contents of extractives of organic solvents(benzene/alcohol)in Paeonia delavayi,Paeonia ostii and Paeonia lactiflorawere comparatively studied by Soxhlet extraction of benzene/alcohol solvents and GC/MS analysis.【Result】The results shows that the content of extractives from Paeonia delavayi was significantly higher than that of Paeonia ostii.There are 18 main chemical components for the extractives of Paeonia ostii,among which relatively high content includes:(Z)-9-octadecenamide(21.01%),β-sitosterol(19.04%),pyrogallol(6.69%),6-octadecenoic acid(4.56%),n-hexadecanoic acid(2.82%),hexadecanamide(2.16%),1,3-phenylenediamine(2.08%)and octadecane acid(2.05%).There are 24 main chemical components for the extractives of Paeonia delavayi Franch.,among which the relatively high content is:pyrogallol(53.44%),benzoic acid(5.39%),4,7-diaminobenzofuran(3.59%),(Z)-9-octadecenamide(2.77%),β-sitosterol(2.63%),(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid(1.82%),4-acetylbenzoic acid(1.73%),hexadecanoic acid,ethyl ester(1.13%),n-hexadecanoic acid(1.04%)and linoleic acid ethyl ester(1.04%).There are 12 main chemical components for the extractives of Paeonia lactiflora pods,among which the relatively high content is:isobutyl gallate(65.60%),D-allose(6.08%),pyrogallol(5.08%)and methylβ-D-glucopyranoside(2.32%).【Conclusion】The waste pods of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia lactiflora have a promising prospect in the fields of bio-based materials,bio-medicine,chemistry and food industry.
