摘要
目的基于六经辨证理论,运用参苈真武汤治疗慢性心衰,并观察其临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的符合纳入标准的慢性心衰患者60例,按给药方式分为对照组(30例)和参苈真武汤组(30例),对照组患者采用西药进行治疗,参苈真武汤组患者在此基础上,加用参苈真武汤进行口服,其他常规护理条件不变,观察两组治疗前后疗效差异。结果两组在症状上都有不同程度的改善,相比之下,参苈真武汤组的临床疗效比对照组更为明显。参苈真武汤组与对照组治疗前的血清脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)差异均无统计学意义。治疗后参苈真武汤组的BNP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEDD有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LVEF、临床总有效率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苈真武汤对慢性心衰有治疗作用,从六经辨证角度治疗慢性心衰行之有效。
Objective Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of the six channels,Shenli Zhenwu Decoction(参苈真武汤)was used to treat chronic heart failure and its clinical efficacy was observed.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure who met the inclusion criteria and admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the method of administration.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and those in the experimental group were treated with Shenli Zhenwu Decoction on this basis.Other conventional nursing conditions remained unchanged.The difference in curative effect before and after treatment between the two groups was observed.Results The two groups had different degrees of improvement in symptoms.In contrast,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group.There were no significant differences in serum brain left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),natriuretic peptide(BNP)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)before treatment between the experimental group and the control group.After treatment,the serum BNP of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and LVEDD had a downward trend,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).LVEF and total clinical effective rate were higher than those of the control group and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenli Zhenwu Decoction has a therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure.It is effective in treating chronic heart failure from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of the six channels.
