摘要
研究亚麻籽复合粉对大小鼠免疫力功能的影响。以高、中、低剂量组亚麻籽复合粉给予小鼠30 d,试验参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》进行。利用环磷酰胺诱导建立免疫低下大鼠模型,对大鼠体重、脏器/体重比值、血常规指标及血清蛋白进行检测。亚麻籽复合粉对小鼠的体重有显著影响,对脏器/体重比值没有显著差异;小鼠细胞免疫试验、体液免疫试验和单核-巨噬细胞试验结果均为阳性。亚麻籽复合粉可提高免疫低下大鼠体重、脾脏指数及胸腺指数,增加白细胞、红细胞和淋巴细胞数量,并显著提高其总蛋白、白蛋白及球蛋白水平。亚麻籽复合粉具有显著的增强免疫力功能。
The effect of flaxseed powder on immune function in rats and mice was studied.The mice were administrated with flaxseed compound powder by high,middle and low dose groups for 30 d according to Technical Specifications for Inspection and Evaluation of Health Food.The immunosuppression model was established by cyclophosphamide induction in rats.The body weight,organ/body weight ratio,blood routine parameters and serum were measured.The results showed that flaxseed compound powder had significant effect on body weight of mice,but exhibited no significant difference on organ/body weight ratio.The results of cell immunity,humoral immunity and monocyte-macrophage tests presented positive.Moreover,flaxseed powder could increase body weight,spleen index and thymus index,increase the number of white,red and lymphocyte cells,and significantly increase the levels of total,albumin and globulin.The flaxseed powder could enhance the immunity of rats and mice.
