凝结芽孢杆菌在肉鸡养殖中应用效果及其作用机理研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 为促进凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)在肉鸡养殖业中的推广应用,文章综述了饲用凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能的影响,并从改善肠道消化吸收、调节肠道菌群平衡、增强机体免疫功能等方面,分析了可能的作用机理。凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能具有良好的改善效果,集中表现在降低料重比及死亡率两个指标,但有效剂量范围较为宽泛(105~107cfu/g全价配合饲料),且作用机理不明确,建议进一步加强饲用凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生产性能作用其机理的研究。 This summary provided the effects of a probiotics Bacillus coagulans on growth performance in broilers to promote the application of Bacillus coagulans in broiler production. Moreover, the possible mechanism was analyzed including of the enhancement of intestinal digestion and absorption, the balance of gut flora, improvement of the immune function, and etc. The significant improvements of Bacillus coagulans additive on broiler growth performance were achieved, which were focus on the decrease of F/G and mortality. However the extract dosage in the commercial diet(105~107 cfu/g)and their specific mechanism were little known. Therefore, the summary suggested that it was necessary to study the effects and mechanism of Bacillus coagulans on the broiler production in the future.
