摘要
5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic Therapy,ALA-PDT)是一种联合应用光敏剂ALA及相应光源,通过光动力反应破坏病变组织的全新治疗技术。具有安全性高、美容效果好等优点。其疗效与患者的年龄、皮损部位等有明显相关性。联合手术、物理及药物疗法在一定程度上可提高其疗效。
5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy is a new treatment featuring high safety and excellent cosmetic outcomes.Combing photosensitizer ALA and light,the treatment will lead to tissue damage via photodynamic reaction.The efficacy of the treatment closely correlates to age,skin lesions and so on.The efficacy can be improved when it is applied in combination with surgeries,physical therapies and medicines.
