摘要
压缩空气是现代化工厂最重要的源动力,目前工业企业压缩空气系统普遍存在压力波动大、效率低、能耗高等问题。本文针对空压机集群节能与智能控制进行研究,通过建立群控系统,根据用户需求实现精细化管控,促进空压机稳定高效运行。该技术可满足复杂工况的需求,具有较好的推广价值。
Compressed air is regarded as the most important source power for modernized factory, and currently compressed air system of industry enterprise commonly has the problems such as large pressure fluctuation, low efficiency and high energy consumption. This thesis conducts the research on cluster energy conservation and intelligent control of air compressor, realizes fine management and control according to user's requirement and based on setting up cluster control system, and promotes air compressor to stably and effectively operate. The technology can meet the requirement of complex work condition with good promotion value.
