摘要
以MG900/2210-WD型电牵引采煤机为研究对象,在原有监测方案的基础上,提出了改进措施,完成了基于Win CC的采煤机组态监控平台的设计,提出了基于Profibus-DP现场总线的全参数化的采煤机工况检测和在线控制方法。
Will research on MG900/2210-WD shearer. Based on the original design scheme, the paper puts forward some improvement measures, designed a new scheme of shearer condition monitoring. Completed the design of shearer configuration monitoring platform based on WinCC, presents the control method of shearer working condition detection and online all parameters based on Profibus-DP.
