摘要 文中针对煤矿综采工作面采煤设备以及工作面环境信息在实际生产中无法远程监测的问题,设计了一种采用工业以太网和基于Zigbee的无线传感器网络(该无线传感器网络采用改型Zigbee路由协议—ZFA协议)构建的远程监测系统,通过无线传感器网络采集综采工作面的采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架及综采面瓦斯浓度、温度、湿度等监测信息,传至坑道上的信息处理接收终端,终端通过矿井工业以太网将数据传输至地面上的监测计算机,由计算机进行分析数据,对设备状况及综采面安全做出评估,对实现综采自动化具有重要意义。 This paper designed a remote monitoring system used industrial Ethernet and wireless sensor network based on Zigbee(and ZFA routing protocol which improved by Zigbee was used in this WSN),for the problem of remote monitoring the equipments and environmental information in full-mechanized face during the actual production.The datum collected by sensors such as shearer,scraper conveyer,hydraulic support and gas concentration,temperature,humidity and other information in full-mechanized face could be sent to the information processing and receiving terminal,then this terminal transmitted the datum to the computer by industrial Ethernet which was used for monitoring on the ground.The computer analyzed these data and made an assessment of mine safety,it has important significance to realize the automation of full-mechanized face.
