摘要
企业腾飞发展中,经营战略十分重要,而经营战略中对生产管理成本的控制更是必不可少,提高对生产管理成本的控制可以减少在运行过程中的成本。而本文就针对机械制作企业中生产管理成本控制进行分析,从而提高成本利用率,增加企业综合市场竞争力。
