摘要
新形势下,地铁机械管理对成本控制的作用是多方面的,有利于提高施工效率,加快施工进度,减少维修费用,节约施工成本。但目前地铁机械管理存在不足,影响成本控制效果。为弥补这种缺陷与不足,应该提高思想认识,加强地铁机械管理,并从地铁机械采购、使用、配置、维护、管理入手,实现对成本的有效控制。
