摘要
随着我国高新技术的不断应用,我国整体经济建设也在逐渐完善,在建筑工程中施工机械的使用对工程的影响很大。加强对施工机械设备的管理是保证工程施工工期与施工质量的重要依据,施工机械设备管理较复杂,在施工过程中只做好施工设备的管理、使用、保养与维修远远不够,还需要相关的领导提高重视。要做到机械的管理人员、使用人员、维修保养人员权限与责任的明确,在具体施工过程中有规章制度可遵循并进行清楚的记录等。通过建筑工程中施工机械的使用进行详细的说明,对其中存在的问题进行简要分析,结合具体的问题提出解决措施。
With the continuous application of high technology in China,the overall economic construction of our country is gradually improving. The use of construction machinery in construction engineering has great influence on engineering. To strengthen the construction of mechanical equipment management is an important basis to ensure the construction quality and construction period,construction machinery and equipment management more complex,only do the construction equipment management,use,maintenance and repair is not enough in the process of construction,but also related to the leadership raise enough attention. We must make clear the rights and responsibilities of the management,personnel and maintenance personnel. We should follow the rules and regulations and record clearly during the specific construction process. Through the use of construction machinery in architectural engineering,gives a brief analysis of the existing problems,and puts forward the solving measures combined with specific problems.
