摘要
改革开放以来,我国的社会主义法治建设取得了巨大成就,但同时也面临着法律机制、经济社会、政治体制与文化传统等诸多层面的困境。在分析中国特色社会主义法治建设与中国特色社会主义法律体系之间辩证统一关系的基础上,提出用完善中国特色社会主义法律体系这种社会主义法治建设之本源来解决社会主义法治建设中遇到的难题并促进其不断进步。这对于社会主义法治中国的建设以及实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦都具有十分重要的理论意义与现实意义。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s socialist legal construction has made great achievements. But it also faces up with legal mechanism, social economy, political system, cultural tradition and many other aspects of dilemma. Based on the analysis of complementary relationship between Chinese socialist legal construction and China’s socialistic legal system, this paper proposes to use perfect socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics to solve the problems encountered in the construction of socialist rule of law and promote its continuous progress. It has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of socialist rule of law and the realization of Chinese dream.
