摘要
与现有的大豆加工预处理工艺作比较 ,着重阐述了ALCON熟化调理工艺所生产的大豆加工产品包括脱皮豆粕。
Compared to present available pretreatment processes for soybean processing,the superiorities of soybean processing products by ALCON process such as dehulling meal,soybean salad oil with physical refining and soybean lecithin in their fields were discussed.
