摘要
目的 :观察高热结合化疗对小鼠S1 80肿瘤模型的治疗效果 .方法 :6 0只S1 80小鼠随机分 4组 :热疗 +化疗组 ,单纯化疗组 ,单纯热疗组 ,对照组 .每组 1 5只 .处理后 1 0日处死动物 ,分离瘤块称湿质量 ,并作病理检查 .结果 :四组肿瘤湿质量各为 (0 .6 7± 0 .2 9)、(0 .78± 0 .37)、(1 .2 4± 0 .4 3)和 (2 .31± 0 .2 2 )g ,热疗 +化疗组肿瘤湿重低于其他各组 ,与单纯热疗组、对照组之间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) .病理检查见热疗 +化疗组、单纯热疗组肿瘤存在明显坏死 .结论 :热、化疗两因子联合应用具有更好的治疗效果 .
AIM: To observe the anti tumor effect of hyperthermia combined with pharmorubicin on mice bearing S180 tumor. METHODS: Sixty mice bearing S180 tumor were equally divided into 4 groups randomly: group A treated with hyperthermia with pharmorubicin; group B with pharmorubicin therapy only;group C only with hyperthermia and group D as control group. The wet weight of tumor isolated from the mice and pathological changes were evaluated and compared after 10 days. RESULTS: The wet weight of tumor in group A、B、C and D was ((0.67±0.29)g、(0.78±0.37)g、(1.24±0.43)g and (2.31±0.22)g respectively. It was found that the wet weight of group A was less than that of the other three groups ( P <0.01). Pathological observation showed the widespread necrosis in group A and group C. CONCLUSION: The hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy has a better anti tumor effect on mice bearing S180 tumor. It can be as adjuvant therapy for cancer.
