强磁场联合化疗对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察磁疗结合化疗药物表阿霉素对小鼠S180 肿瘤模型的治疗效果。方法  6 0只S180 荷瘤小鼠随机分 4组 :磁疗 +化疗组 ,单纯化疗组 ,单纯磁疗组和空白对照组 ,每组 15只。于接种后 2 4h分别进行各项处理 ,10d后处死动物分离瘤块 ,称湿重并作病理检查。结果 磁疗 +化疗组肿瘤湿重 (0 .32± 0 .13) g ,显著低于各组 ,单纯磁疗组 (0 .95± 0 .42 )g、单纯化疗组 (0 .49± 0 .2 2 ) g亦显著低于空白对照组 (1.5 5± 0 .6 7) g。病理检查可见磁疗 +化疗组肿瘤坏死最明显。 结论 磁疗结合化疗组具有显著的抑瘤效果 ,磁疗可作为肿瘤治疗的辅助手段。 Objective To observe the anti-tumor effects of strong magnetic field combined with epirubicin on mice berting S 180 tumor.Methods 60 mice bearing S 180 tumor were equally divided into four groups randomly:A group treated with magnetic field with epirubicin;B group only with magnetic therapy;C group with epirubicin therapy only; D group as control group.10 days after treatment,the wet weight of tumor isolated from the mice and its pathological change were evaluated and compared. Results The wet weight of tumor in A group,B group,C group and D group was (0.32±0.13)g,(0.95±0.42)g(0.49±0.22)g and (1.55±0.67)g respectively.It was found that the wet weight of A group was obviously less than that of other three group.On pathological observation,it showed the widespread necrosis was much presented in A group and B group.Conclusion The outcomes suggest that the magnetic field combined with chemotherapy has a better anti-tumor effects on mice bearing S 180 tumor.It can be as adjuvant therapy for cancer.
