摘要
以各种不同载荷、不同硬度段的典型金属组织的一系列显微硬度测量值F ,d ,HVm及宏观硬度值HV为基础 ,用公式HV =0 .1891F/ (d +d1) 2 计算出不同载荷、不同硬度段的各种典型金属组织的一系列显微硬度值d1值 ,进而求解出d1关于F和d的校正函数式d0 。通过该校正函数式对显微硬度值进行校正。在实际应用中可以由显微硬度的测试值F和d计算出相应的校正函数式d0 的值 ,由压痕尺寸的复合数值d +d0 查表或计算求出校正显微硬度值HV0 。
Based on a series of micro hardness values such as F,d , HVm and macro hardness values HV of the different loads and hardness of the special metallic microstructures, we calculated their values d 1 with formula HV=0.1891 F/(d+d 1) 2, so solved a correct function formula d 0 include F and d with d 1. Through this formula, we revised micro hardness values. In practical application, we may have caclulated values d 0 with measuring values F and d , then fish the correct micro hardness values HV 0 by complex ones d+d 0 of indentation sizes making use of the table (or calculation).
