摘要 介绍纳米压痕技术的基本原理和计算方法 ,从定义、适用范围和压痕面积的获得方法等三个方面指出纳米硬度与常规硬度之间的重要区别 ,对硬度的概念做了进一步讨论。通过试验得出了单晶铝材料的纳米硬度值 ,并与传统计算方法获得的硬度值进行了比较。 An introduction is made to the fundamental principles and calculating method of nano-indentation. It is pointed out the important difference between nano-hardness and conventional hardness from the definition,application ranges and the method of getting indentation area. The concept of hardness also has been discussed. In the end,the nano-hardness value of single crystal aluminum has been determined through experiments and compared with conventional hardness value.
