摘要
通过有限元模拟研究了显微压痕法测量铝合金2A12残余应力的压痕尺寸效应,使用Meyer方程对模拟得到的不同残余应力程度下压痕试验载荷-深度曲线进行拟合,得到铝合金2A12双向拉伸和压缩残余应力测量的合理压痕深度。
The indentation size effect of 2A12 residual stress of aluminum alloy measured by micro-indentation method was stud-ied by means of finite element simulation. The load-depth curves of indentation test under different residual stress degrees were fittedusing Meyer equation. The reasonable indentation depth for measuring the biaxial tensile and compressive residual stress of aluminumalloy 2A12 was obtained.
