摘要
本研究的目的是建立中国人人格形容词评定量表 (QZPAS)的信度、效度和常模。 40 0 0多名被试对由 1 2 3个形容词维成的QZPAs的评定结果支持了中国人人格的“大七”模型 ,各因素有着良好的内部一致性和重测信度。自 -他评定的相关以及自我总体评定与量表分数间的相关表明QZPAS有良好的效标效度。
This research was aimed at establishing reliability, validation, and norm for the Chinese Personality Adjective Rating Scale (QZPAS). Rating results from more than 4000 subjects on QZPAS supported the “Big Seven” model for Chinese personality, and each of the factors or scales was found to have reasonable inner-consistency coefficients and test-retest reliabilities. The correlations between self and other ratings, and self total-rating with scale scores revealed high validations of the scale. Norms provided here laid the foundation for future applications of QZPAS.
