摘要
借助云计算人力资源服务管理平台,选定了卡特尔16PF人格测验、霍兰德职业兴趣测验、艾森克人格测验、大五人格测验、一般能力倾向测验、文件筐测验和案例分析测验7个信度高、效度良好且便于系统操作的测试方法,进行了人才评价云计算系统的全面设计和开发,包括需求分析、体系构建、功能设计以及代码实现等各个环节。并对系统的可用性和稳定性进行测试。结果表明,该系统不仅具有丰富的功能,而且在运行过程中表现稳定,能够有效地满足数据的“新增”“删减”以及“测评结果呈现”等需求,验证了云计算等现代技术在人才测评中的应用潜力。说明基于云计算的人才能力水平评价系统不仅具备了投入实际应用的条件,而且具有良好的可靠性。
With the help of cloud computing human resources service management platform,selected the Cartel 16PF personality test,Holland occupational interest test,Eysenck personality test,Big five personality test,General ability tendency test,Document basket test and Case analysis test of seven high reliability,good validity and easy to system operation test method,the talent evaluation of cloud computing system of the comprehensive design and development process,including demand analysis,system construction,function design and code implementation and so on each link.The availability and stability of the system are tested.The results show that the system not only has rich functions,but also performs stably in the operation process.It can effectively meet the needs of‘new addition’,‘deletion’and‘presentation of evaluation results’of data,and verify the application potential of modern technologies such as cloud computing in talent evaluation.It shows that the talent ability level evaluation system based on cloud computing not only has the conditions for practical application,but also has good reliability.
