摘要
对表面涂层硬质合金刀具切削高密度纤维板后的磨损状况分阶段进行了测量,并与普通硬质合金刀具进行了比较,结果表明,涂层刀具优于普通硬质合金刀具。在化学蒸汽涂层(CVD)和物理蒸汽涂层(PVD)两种涂层刀具中,后者的品质和耐磨性优于前者。
The progressing wear of the tungsten carbide and coated carbide tools with chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) to cut the high density fiber board are detected and compared in this paper, the result shows that the wear of rake and clearance faces of the coated carbide tools is less than that of the tungsten carbide tools especially the wear of clearance face.Between the CVD and PVD,the tools coated with PVD have better quality and higher resistance to wear than the CVD.
