摘要
本文采用厚壁圆筒及薄壁壳体理论,分析液压夹紧轴套腔体变形,推出了腔体薄壁厚度的计算公式。将有关数据代入计算公式,得出了液压轴套腔体的尺寸参数,研制了三种不同尺寸参数的液压夹紧轴套,并进行了腔体变形测量试验。试验表明,轴套薄壁承载能力到达了设计要求,说明腔体壁厚计算公式是可行的。
The deformation of a hydraulic-clamping-sleeve wall was analyzed in this paper by (applying) the theory of 'Thick-walled Cylinder' and 'Thin-walled Cylinder'. A formula was derived to calculate the thickness of the hydraulic clamping sleeve. Three different specifications for it were designed and tested. By measuring deformation and load, it was indicated that the hydraulic (clamping) sleeves could meet the designed requirement. The formula was able to be utilized in (designing) the hydraulic clamping sleeves.
