摘要 进料机构是林间自走式小型锯段机的主要部件之一,其设计的合理与否影响整个锯切加工过程。通过理论计算值与实际加工经验值的对比分析确定切削速度,进而计算出进料速度。为保证加工平稳设计了进料凸轮机构,并利用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析,验证凸轮机构的刚度与强度。对该结构进行合理优化,为锯切进料机构的设计提供理论依据。 A feeding mechanism is one of the main components of forest self-propelled small-scale cut-off saws, and its rational design determines the efficiency of the entire cutting process. The exact cutting speed is determined through the comparative analysis of theoretical calculation and actual processing empirical value, based on which feed speed is calculated. In order to ensure steady processing, a feed cam is designed and finite element analysis of it is made using ANSYS software to verify the stiffness and strength of the feed mechanism. The mechanism is rationally optimized in order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of the feed mechanism of sawing operation.
