摘要
通过对当前曲线封边机的研究,发现其生产率较低,操作人员的劳动强度较高,为了改善这一关键性的问题,设计一个旋转工作台可以同时对5块板材进行不同工序的加工设备是非常有必要的,并对其关键零件吸盘臂座进行三维模型的建立和静力学分析,验证设计出吸盘臂座的结构强度是否能够满足实际的工作要求,而且还可以为后续设备的改进提供理论依据。
Through the study of the current curve edge machines found its low productivity,high labor intensity,in order to improve this critical issue,the design of a rotary table simultaneously on five different processes of plate processing equipment.It is very necessary,and build three-dimensional models and static analysis of its key parts sucker arm holder,designed to verify the structural strength of the suction cup arm holder can meet the job requirements,but also that the follow-up device to provide improved theoretical basis.
