摘要
阐述了利用驻波法和功率衰减法对微波晶体检波二极管进行定标的理论和方法 ,导出了两种方法的线性回归方程 ,并针对测量线中晶体检波二极管分别采用这两种方法进行定标 ,而对终端检波器中的晶体检波二极管则利用功率衰减法进行了定标 .所有的定标过程均借助 CAT系统自动完成数据的采集与处理 ,从而实现了计算机辅助定标 ,有效地减少了由于手动操作带来的误差 ,提高了测量精度 .
This paper describes two kinds of calibration methods used to the microwave crystal detector, the standing wave method and the power attenuated method, and gives the linear regression equations of them respectively. Both methods are appliced to the microwave detector on the measurement line, to the terminal detector only the second method is used according to the microwave distribution. In the course of all calibrations the data are collected and processed automatically by a CAT system. Thus,in comparison with the manual operation, the computer aided calibrations are successfully used to decrease the measurement errors.
