摘要
分析了基于相关技术测量微弱信号的锁定放大电路的工作原理和各组成部分 .针对非接触式基于多磁场涡流效应的 DC微小电流传感器 ,设计了一种实用的锁定放大电路 ,并进行了实验性研究 .研究结果表明 :采用了锁定放大电路 DC微小电流传感器可直接测量 1m A以下 DC微小电流 ,灵敏度可达 2 0 m V /m A.锁定放大电路不仅能测量周期信号 ,还能测量非周期信号 。
This paper analyses the operating principle and every component of a lock in amplifier(LIA) to measure weak signal adopting relation technology. Being aimed at a non contact type DC weak current sensor employing multifield eddy current effects, a practical LIA is designed, and the experimental researches are carried on. The experimental result shows that the DC weak current sensor adopting LIA can measure DC weak current less than 1mA directly with sensitivity of 20mV/mA. LIA may not only measure periodic signals, but also measure non periodic signals after modulated to periodic signals.
